Water Sensitive
Urban Design

Water sensitive urban design (WSUD) adopts an integrated approach to managing the urban water cycle, including stormwater and water supply, to minimise environmental degradation and improve aesthetic and recreational appeal.

We provide comprehensive WSUD advice and modelling using the STORM and MUSIC modelling assessment tools to analyse design options including rainwater harvesting and bioretention alternatives such as raingardens, vegetated bioswales and wetlands.

We prepare WSUD Reports to accompany town planning submissions and are very familiar with Council and Melbourne Water WSUD objectives.
